The Committee of Seventy, in partnership with the Community College of Philadelphia, is offering two exclusive, hands-on budget exercises designed to make the municipal budget process more accessible.

On Election Day, the Committee of Seventy will once again host “Studio C70,” an interview forum for leading policymakers and civic leaders to share their thoughts about the primary election and issues that are front-of-mind for Pennsylvania voters.

WHAT: The Committee of Seventy has recruited and trained 150 non-partisan volunteers to help Pennsylvania voters on November 4, 2014. Representatives of the media are urged to remind Philadelphians with questions about voting, or who experience problems at the polls, to call Seventy’s NEW dedicated elections hotline at 1-855-SEVENTY (1-855-738-3689).

Pennsylvania high schoolers from different communities across the Commonwealth will come together for a moderated discussion on prompts, drawn from topics suggested by students, covering a range of political and cultural issues.
