RJ Kline is a member of the Investment team at Brandywine Realty Trust, where he provides analytical support and leads the execution of key transactional activities across the firm’s investment platform. His work spans acquisitions and dispositions, property level debt origination and refinancing, development and redevelopment initiatives, joint venture structuring, and portfolio management activities. In his role, RJ partners closely with cross‑functional teams to drive value, support strategic decision‑making, and ensure the successful advancement of Brandywine’s real estate investment objectives.
Prior to joining Brandywine, RJ served on the asset management team at PREIT, supporting day‑to‑day operations and leasing efforts across a diverse retail portfolio. He holds a B.S. in Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University. RJ is actively engaged in the Philadelphia real estate community, serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia and participating as an active member of NAIOP Philadelphia.
