Hakim Belembaogo is a purpose-driven Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where he leads finance data and transformation initiatives impacting thousands of stakeholders across Corporate & Consumer Banking. He has successfully modernized million-dollar digital finance infrastructures, accelerated real-time decision-making, and embedded risk-aware governance frameworks. With dual MBAs in Finance and IT Management, Hakim bridges technical expertise, financial acumen, and agile product leadership to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in highly regulated industries.
Hakim considers himself a citizen of the world, having lived on three continents and visited more than fifteen countries. His global exposure has sharpened his ability to adapt in complex environments and broadened his worldview, fueling his passion for inclusive innovation and mentorship. He has acted as a “Shark” in U.S. business courses, evaluating student proposals and providing results-oriented feedback, while extending his commitment to quality education and ethical leadership through the AILA International Fellowship at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Emerging Leaders in AI program.
