Christina O’Malley is Head of Digital and Emerging Care Transformation at Penn Medicine, where she leads work at the intersection of health system operations, digital strategy, and care delivery innovation. Since joining Penn Medicine in 2014, she has focused on advancing new models of care and modernizing how patients access and experience health services across the continuum.
Christina's work centers on aligning health care innovation with policy, equity, and community partnership. In addition to her operational role, she is a part-time instructor in the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Health Care Innovation program and brings additional prior experience in Life Sciences and Health Care consulting from Deloitte. Christina holds a Master of Health Administration from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
