Catherine Dillingham is a nonprofit professional dedicated to advancing equity-centered civic and social impact initiatives. Having held roles as a researcher, community organizer, advocate, and fundraiser, she brings curiosity, empathy, and grounded leadership to her work.
Currently, Catherine serves as Associate Director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Public Service and Policy Initiative, where she helps lead initiatives focused on economic mobility, leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
