Tim is a litigation associate at DLA Piper, where he advises a wide variety of clients facing class action and multidistrict litigation. Tim also maintains a robust pro bono practice focusing on issues including voter enfranchisement and juvenile justice. During and after the 2020 Presidential Election, Tim, along with a dedicated team of lawyers and staff at DLA, represented Philadelphia County in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to ensure that every lawfully cast ballot in Philadelphia was counted. Tim and the team at DLA continue to advise Pennsylvania counties on election-related questions.
Before joining DLA Piper, and after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Tim served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge A. Richard Caputo on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
