Casey Klein is an associate in the Leveraged Finance Group of Dechert LLP, where he advises clients on a range of corporate finance transactional matters. Casey's pro bono practice involves work with the Transgender Legal Defense Fund, the Homeless Advocacy Project and the Election Protection coalition. In addition to his pro bono practice, since 2017 Casey has volunteered as a consultant with Compass Philadelphia where he has worked on consulting projects for local nonprofit organizations such as Philadelphia VIP, Rebuilding Together Philadelphia and City Year Philadelphia. Additionally, Casey is a member of the Young Professional Advisory Board for the Bethesda Project.
Casey is a life-long resident of Pennsylvania. He grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia before attending college at Bucknell University in Lewisberg PA. After college Casey returned to Philadelphia to attend law school at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
