Sandy Vogel is the Assistant Director at the Penn Program on Opinion Research and Election Studies, an undergraduate research center focused on conducting public opinion research and training the next generation of social science researchers at the University of Pennsylvania. Judge Moore was appointed by Tom Wolf to the Court of Common Pleas on an Interim basis.
