For over a decade Lauren has managed communications and public relations initiatives for non-profits in the human services sector, education, and fin-tech. She is a dedicated community servant throughout Greater Philadelphia area, who has a genuine passion for helping others. Throughout her career she has volunteered her time extensively with a multitude of organizations including Impact 100, Philadelphia Public Relations Association, Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities’ (DBHIDS) Public Awareness Committee, Mt. Airy CDC, and New Leaders Council—Philadelphia Chapter.
Within human services, she has completed both the National IDD Leadership Consortium and ANCOR (American Network of Community Options) Leadership Academy; and in 2017 she was recognized as one of Billy Penn’s “Who’s Next: 19 up-and-coming communications pros working to change Philly.” She is a graduate of Drexel University, a Six-Sigma Black Belt, a member of the Forum of Executive Women, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Public Relations Association as Secretary.
