Brittany Smalls is a leading voter engagement activist spearheading political advocacy across Black and millennial communities. With over a decade of nonprofit leadership and political experience, Brittany recently served as the Pennsylvania State Coordinator of Black Voters

Matter Capacity Building Institute where she elevated the work of community-based nonprofit organizations in marginalized predominantly African American communities. Brittany and her team supported partner organizations through grant funding, strategic planning, digital media support, and a variety of training. 

Brittany previously served as the President of Millennials In Action, leading the cause to increase voter turnout among Black millennials. A founding member of the organization, Brittany served as a board member for three years prior to being selected as president. As President, she led field organizing, strategic planning, and political consulting for the political action committee.
