What is one life experience you have that voters should know about?
My wife and I are originally from Central Pennsylvania and are raising our growing family in the midtown of Harrisburg.
What sets you apart from other candidates?
I have served as the Floor Manager to the Democratic Whip and as the Senior Advisor to the Majority Appropriations Chair (Rep Jordan Harris). My experience in the House of Representatives has prepared me to be an effective legislator and ready to serve my community on day one.
How do you plan to work across ideological lines to achieve shared goals?
During my time in the House, I helped pass bipartisan legislation to increase funding for our public schools, expand access to healthcare, expand the property tax/rent rebate program, criminal justice reform, and mail-in voting. I would build on that experience to find more areas of bipartisan collaboration, and work to get that legislation on the Governor's desk.
What would be your top three policy priorities in office?
Defending access to reproductive healthcare, supporting our system of public education, and standing up for working people by protecting the ability to organize and join a union.
