What sets you apart from other candidates?

I've dedicated my life to serving my community and making a difference in the lives of working families. I come from a working family, I worked my way through college and have worked for everything that I have today, and I've seen my family do the same. I knew from a young age that I wanted to make a difference, so I studied political science and history while in college, in addition to working a full-time job where I was committed to talking to Luzerne County residents about improvements that they would feel in their every-day lives. My education, my work experience, and my involvement within my community show that I am absolutely dedicated to serving the 119th and ensuring that I create a better future for everyone here.

How do you plan to work across ideological lines to achieve shared goals?

I've been working across ideological lines for my entire career. My work connecting 1:1 with voters wasn't limited to people who agree with me, and the improvements I've fought for didn't only impact one side of the aisle. I've found that, oftentimes, we let hot button issues and party politics cloud our ability to connect beyond that. Ultimately, I plan to serve the 119th, and our democracy, and bipartisanship is essential to do either of those things. If elected, I plan to draw on my bipartisan community organizing experience to create change that will impact my entire district, to utilize my experience connecting with voters over shared issues rather than disagreements, and will be a representative for everyone, whether they voted for me or not.

What would be your top three policy priorities in office?

Fully funding our public schools, protecting women's reproductive rights, and expanding access to affordable accessible healthcare
