What is one life experience you have that voters should know about?

As a engineering Ph.D. student, at Carnegie Mellon University, I started a company dedicated to keeping our bridges safe. I created 40 jobs all in PA while balancing our budget and investing in research and development. I have also served our community on the local Library Board, as a youth sports coach, and a National Park volunteer.

What sets you apart from other candidates?

I am an entrepreneur and job creator who has also served in local government. I know how to create jobs and how to make our state more competitive.

How do you plan to work across ideological lines to achieve shared goals?

I have a proven track record of success in working with both parties to deliver results. As a township commissioner I was elected Board President by a 6-3 Democrat majority board when I was in the minority. We worked together to lower our taxes, spur economic development and deliver results to our community.

What would be your top three policy priorities in office?

- Make Pennsylvania more competitive by lowering our taxes and reducing regulations that inhibit job creation
- Strengthening our schools and educational systems from PreK-College delivering the best results for students and families in the world
- Standing with our police to keep our communities safe

The Committee of Seventy has partnered with the Carter Center to promote the Candidate Principles for Trusted Elections (www.principledcandidates.org) to improve the voting process, encourage honest leadership, and promote civic engagement. Do you support the Candidate Principles?

Yes.
