Rachel Ward combines her public policy and litigation expertise to represent clients in government investigations and related litigation. She previously served as Legislative Aide to US Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) in Washington, D.C. where she oversaw the Senator’s immigration, judicial affairs, and transportation policy portfolios. Rachel was part of the policy team to draft the bipartisan immigration bill that passed the Senate in 2013. As an attorney with Morgan Lewis, she represents clients before state attorneys general, federal agencies, and Congress. She also defends clients in litigation before state and federal courts. Her pro bono practice includes protection of immigrant rights and veterans’ assistance. In 2023, Fortune named Rachel to its Most Powerful Women NextGen class. She is a graduate of American University and Vanderbilt University School of Law.
