Gregory Bergman is an associate in the commercial litigation and policy and political law practice groups at Blank Rome. Greg has nine years of experience with M&A and business disputes, commercial real estate, fraud, and defamation litigation. As part of his litigation practice, Greg has handled a broad range of state and federal constitutional issues such as education funding, due process, Section 1983, and Title IX. Greg also counsels clients on campaign finance issues and government investigations of political action committees. Greg focuses his pro bono efforts on voting rights, including as a voting rights analyst and poll watcher.
