Run This Town: How to Run for Office

Candidates in 22 of 26 state House races in Philadelphia coasted to victory with no opponent in the November 4 general election.

Seventy co-sponsored this event with the New Leaders Council and Philadelphia Young Republicans as part of Young Involved Philadelphia’s State of Young Philly series. Larry Platt of the Philadelphia Citizen moderated a panel of recent candidates to discuss what it takes to run for office.
