Democratic City Controller Candidate Debate on May 9

Democratic City Controller candidates Alan Butkovitz and Rebecca Rhynhart will square off in a debate on Tuesday, May 9, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., at Industrious Philadelphia.

The event will open with former Inquirer editor and WHYYNewsWorks vice president Chris Satullo interviewing each candidate, followed by 30 minutes of one-on-one debate and a final segment of audience question-and-answer. The Committee of Seventy and The Philadelphia Citizen are hosting the debate with the Crosstown Coalition, and Philadelphia chapter of the League of Women Voters. A live feed will be streamed on Facebook. Registration is FREE, but space is limited.
