Democracy For Kids

Our youngest can learn democracy’s value too.

The Committee of Seventy partnered with elementary and middle school educators to create programming that gives K-8 students basic civic skills like respectful listening, creative inquiry and thinking, and community problem-solving.

These programs illustrate many ways that our youngest learners, in as early as kindergarten, can become engaged citizens in their community.
