Join us for breakfast, a How City Council Works presentation, and a Q&A with our VP of Policy, Andrew McGinley, to learn how legislation moves through Council, what to watch for during the day’s meeting, and how residents can engage in the legislative process. Then, we’ll walk together to City Hall to observe a live Philadelphia City Council Stated Meeting.
