Tim is a litigation associate at Dilworth Paxson, where he launched the firm’s Political and Election Law practice. He represents candidates, elected officials, political committees, businesses, and individuals on compliance with political and ethics laws and related litigation and investigations. Tim draws on his experience working in government and politics at the state and federal levels, on campaigns and in government, and in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches.
Before entering private practice in Philadelphia, Tim clerked for the Honorable Timothy J. Savage on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Tim also serves as Solicitor for the Montgomery County Democratic Committee.
