Salomon Moreno-Rosa is a Consultant at Envoy Growth, a social impact consulting firm, where he supports private and public sector organizations with strategic and operational planning, growth and new market expansion, and impact measurement. Prior to Envoy, Salomon led community-based programs and youth development initiatives at the Urban Affairs Coalition and conducted policy research and development at the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation (SICP) and the Office of Council President Darrell Clarke at Philadelphia City Council.
Salomon serves on the boards of the Youth Sentencing and Reentry Project (YSRP), Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP), and the Committee of 70’s Eastern Steering Committee for Draw the Lines. Salomon is a native of Amherst, MA and holds master’s degrees in Public Administration and Education Policy, and a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
