Emily is an Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles, an executive search and leadership consulting firm, and the Chief Innovation Officer for Lazarus Rising, a national non-profit organization dedicated to combating homelessness in communities by empowering individuals with the skills they need to establish meaningful and sustainable employment. Lazarus Rising offers job readiness workshops to individuals from partnered shelters and organizations across several regions nationally - with Philadelphia being among the communities where Emily has particularly focused her efforts. Since being awarded the 2018 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award alongside PwC, Lazarus Rising has continued to find ways to challenge and rethink conventional social-sector models to magnify the positive impact volunteers can have in their communities.
Emily graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics, where she was a member of the Division I Varsity Women’s Lacrosse Team.
