What is one life experience you have that voters should know about?

I started attending my local school board meetings in the 10th grade, and I quickly began to inform my fellow students about actions taken by the board and school administrators. For most of my peers, I was the only avenue for them to learn about what the board was doing. I have a passion for government accountability, and I believe the best way to achieve it is to inform as many people as possible about what is going on.

What sets you apart from other candidates?

In Pennsylvania, since 2003, there were only 4 years where one Party controlled the governorship and both chambers of the state legislature. That means both parties are engaged in wasting and abusing our money, so we can't trust either of them to conduct genuine audits that expose corruption. Since I'm a third party candidate I'm not trying to cover up any of the spending of my party.

How do you plan to work across ideological lines to achieve shared goals?

I plan to cut ideological lines by working with people who care about whole government accountability, not just holding their opponents accountable.

What would be your top three policy priorities in office?

Actually conduct audits of the State Government, which currently account for 0.17% of the audits done in the last 4 years.

Audit the Politicians - I want to Audit the Governor's office and the offices of the leaders in the legislature. Office accounts are high risk areas for taxpayer money to be abused.

Publicize Audit Results - When's the last time you heard about the results of an audit? I want to have regular press conferences reviewing audit results and letting you know exactly what your money was spent on.

The Committee of Seventy has partnered with the Carter Center to promote the Candidate Principles for Trusted Elections (www.principledcandidates.org) to improve the voting process, encourage honest leadership, and promote civic engagement. Do you support the Candidate Principles?
