Nathan Larkin is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group at Cozen O’Connor, where he advises clients on a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, corporate governance litigation, antitrust litigation, government investigations, and other complex torts and business disputes. Nathan’s pro bono practice has involved voting rights protection and electoral redistricting, including litigation under the Voting Rights Act. Nathan also serves as the associate representative to Cozen’s political action committee.
Prior to joining Cozen, Nathan served as a law clerk to the Hon. David R. Strawbridge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During and prior to law school, Nathan held various positions in and around state and city government, including in Philadelphia City Council, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and a Harrisburg-based government relations firm. A lifelong Pennsylvanian, Nathan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College and Temple University Beasley School of Law.
