Committee of Seventy releases part II of Q&A on property taxes and the city schools

The intense debate over whether or not to implement a new property assessment system, and to give $94 million to the city’s public schools, appears to be drawing to a close.

It has only been 10 days since the Committee of Seventy released its guide to this debate and promised to keep you posted .
